The Country Club of Oxford

Surrounded by stately hardwoods and gentle rolling hills, our course is designed to create an atmosphere of camaraderie, making membership at The Country Club of Oxford both a privilege and a pleasure.

The name Fazio has long been associated with world class golf design. First, there was George Fazio who passed along the philosophy and skills to his two nephews, Jim and Tom. Jim Fazio held to the outstanding design principles that have made their name synonymous with excellence. The wide corridors, creative bunkering, imaginative mounding, and greens configured to scale are all features that players will notice and experience. There is a mix of longer and shorter holes while the yardage exceeds 7,000 from the championship tees.

The members and their guests will enjoy our expansive practice area with tees on both ends. Outstanding target greens will create on-course situations. The teeing area is quite large, thus turf conditions will always be excellent. The club features an area to practice the short strokes and a very testy practice putting green.

Our clubhouse is currently in the design phase. A temporary clubhouse facility will be used while membership sales increase and we better know our needs.

The aquatic complex and pool will be well conceived and exceptional, and the tennis complex will have the finest clay surfaces available. We expect the pool and tennis complexes to be ready summer of 2013, however the fitness facilities will be provided with the completion of the clubhouse.
